Dynamics 365 Finance & HR Techno‑Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Techno‑Functional Consultant to lead Finance and HR module implementations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions and ensure successful go‑live and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse finance and HR requirements, map them to D365 capabilities, and produce functional design documents.
• Configure and activate Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank) and HR (Core HR, Leave & Absence, Employee Lifecycle) modules.
• Lead data migration activities and coordinate customisations, integrations and reporting with technical teams.
• Design and execute SIT/UAT test scenarios, support user acceptance, and manage go‑live planning.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and implement enhancements.
• Act as liaison between business, IT and implementation partners, delivering regular status updates.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, user manuals and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, including at least two full‑cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance operations and HR lifecycle management.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
