ERP Sales Executive (Bahrain/Saudi)

About the role

Diamond Software, a leading ERP provider in the GCC, is expanding its sales team. We are looking for an ambitious ERP Sales Executive to generate new business and drive software adoption across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Bahrain and the GCC.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital outreach, and business development activities.
• Conduct ERP software demonstrations and solution presentations for prospective clients.
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision‑makers, and senior management.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure successful project handover.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records within the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on ERP industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP software sales, business software sales, or B2B technology sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of business processes such as accounting, inventory, HR, payroll, purchasing and sales operations is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Valid Bahrain/Saudi driving licence preferred.
