Export Sales Executive

About the role

Amalfi Foods is seeking an Export Sales Executive to lead international sales growth from its headquarters in Manama. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on expanding the company’s presence in global markets for premium baked goods and confectionery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and acquire new overseas customers and distributors.
• Manage existing export accounts, negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies.
• Prepare export documentation and coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, competition and regulatory requirements in target regions.
• Develop sales forecasts, contribute to market entry strategies and participate in trade shows or customer visits.
• Provide regular performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships internationally.
• Knowledge of export processes, regulations and documentation.
• Proven experience in international sales, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities, capable of working independently.
