Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will support strategic decision‑making through forecasting, budgeting and comprehensive financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts and long‑range financial plans.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information for analysis.
• Support monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Assist the Head of Finance on special and ad‑hoc projects.
• Evaluate potential investments, mergers and acquisitions.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Big Four audit firm at manager or assistant manager level.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
