About the role
Calo is looking for a motivated Food Packer to join its Bahrain kitchen team. You will use technology‑driven processes to portion meals, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately portion meal components for each customer before dispatch deadlines.
- Coordinate with drivers and the Customer Experience team to guarantee smooth deliveries.
- Uphold strict kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Handle last‑minute order changes while preserving quality.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in food dispatch or food preparation, preferably in a QSR or cloud‑kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, respectful, and team‑oriented attitude.
