Fragrance Consultant – By Killian

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group as a Fragrance Consultant for the By Killian brand, delivering exceptional perfume experiences to discerning customers in our Seef store. You will represent the brand’s heritage, guide clients through fragrance selections, and contribute to sales targets while upholding the highest service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Represent By Killian by communicating its values, philosophy and product knowledge to customers.
• Achieve individual sales and line targets through personalized fragrance advice and upselling.
• Maintain an accurate customer database to nurture relationships and identify future sales opportunities.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) to drive repeat business.
• Participate in in‑store events, promotions and product launches, actively driving sales during these activities.
• Support neighboring stores and team members when needed, ensuring consistent brand presence across locations.
• Stay informed on the latest fragrance trends, competitor offerings and brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury fragrance and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage a customer database effectively.
• Flexibility to work varied store hours and support other locations as required.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of perfume families, notes and fragrance composition.
• Ability to assess client preferences and recommend suitable products.
• Familiarity with loyalty program enrollment processes.
