Fundraising & Startup Growth Leader – AI Startup

About the role

We are an ambitious AI startup based in Bahrain, aiming to expand across the GCC and globally. We seek a seasoned fundraising and growth professional to lead capital‑raising efforts and accelerate our market traction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage with venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, and strategic partners.
• Prepare and present investor decks, financial models, and data‑room materials.
• Manage investor discussions, due‑diligence processes, and negotiation of term sheets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with the investor community.
• Support the founding team in moving the product from MVP to scalable growth.

Required profile

• Proven track record of raising capital for early‑stage technology startups.
• Strong network of investors in Bahrain and the wider GCC region.
• Experience in AI, technology, or related sectors is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Founder‑mindset with a focus on execution and results.
