Marriott International is seeking an exceptional culinary professional to lead the fine‑dining operations at La Med, La Table Krug, and La Terrace in Manama. This senior position requires a proven track record in luxury hotels and Michelin‑starred restaurants, with a focus on delivering world‑class guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring world‑class service standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction by creating memorable dining experiences.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire high‑performing service and culinary teams.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution of menus and concepts.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, profitability, and operational efficiencies.
• Implement innovative concepts and continuously elevate the guest journey.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Support business growth through strategic planning and revenue‑generating initiatives.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in internationally recognized 5‑star luxury hotels.
• Minimum 6 years in leadership roles within Michelin‑starred fine‑dining establishments.
• Strong commercial acumen and business management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multicultural awareness.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and profitability.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and fine‑dining etiquette.
• Extensive wine knowledge and awareness of culinary trends.
