About the role
GFX Securities is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead the development and enforcement of rigorous regulatory standards across the organisation. This senior position will ensure that compliance protocols are robust and that corporate governance is upheld at the highest level.
Key responsibilities
- Enforce and monitor regulatory standards to guarantee full compliance with applicable laws.
- Maintain and continuously improve compliance protocols and procedures.
- Act as a central pillar for corporate governance, providing guidance and oversight to internal teams.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a compliance function or internal audit with direct compliance exposure.
- Relevant academic or professional qualification such as an ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance or an equivalent credential.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from 800 to 1,000 BHD.
