Hospitality Professional for New Café Launch

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Hospitality Professional to join our team for the launch of an exciting new café in Manama, Bahrain. You will play a key part in delivering outstanding guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations as the café opens its doors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist in setting up the café, including layout, menu preparation, and service stations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the venue.
• Collaborate closely with the hospitality team to coordinate shifts, stock supplies, and resolve any operational issues.
• Support the launch phase by providing feedback on processes and helping to refine service standards.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant hospitality experience, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, positive attitude with excellent customer‑service skills.
