Hostess for Xenia Bar at Mövenpick Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join the Xenia Bar team at Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain. In this front‑line position you will welcome guests, support the bar service and help create a memorable experience in our award‑winning five‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting to all guests.
• Provide engaging service and assist guests with food and beverage menu items.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

Required profile

• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capable of working well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude and collaborative work style.
• Prior experience with Micros or a related POS system.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
