HSE Manager – Health, Safety, Environment & Quality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, environmental and quality functions across our industrial site. The role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a proactive safety culture and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) programs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards and HSE policies.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Develop and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Plan emergency response, deliver safety training and manage compliance programs.
• Oversee quality systems to guarantee products and processes meet required standards.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop teams while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE management experience in an industrial environment.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and relevant HSE regulations.
• Experience with hazardous materials and industrial operations preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
