Independent B2B Sales Partner – AI Operations

About the role

NexusFlow AI is looking for an ambitious independent B2B Sales Partner to launch and grow its AI Operations solutions in Bahrain. You will act as the company’s representative, building a pipeline from scratch and closing deals with business owners, CEOs and senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling and local visits.
• Conduct discovery calls, business analysis and ROI discussions to understand client needs.
• Present tailored AI‑driven solutions, prepare proposals and negotiate terms.
• Close deals and manage the sales process from opportunity creation to final signing.
• Maintain relationships with existing contacts and generate referrals.

Required profile

• Based in Bahrain with an existing business network.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in technology, SaaS or digital solutions.
• Comfortable engaging senior executives and handling negotiations and objections.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and build a pipeline from the ground up.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
