Investment Sales Associate

About the role

Arabian Gulf Capital B.S.C., a leading Bahrain‑based investment firm, is seeking an Investment Sales Associate to serve high‑net‑worth clients across the GCC and MENA regions. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring and nurturing relationships with UHNWI, HNWI and multi‑family offices, helping them access a broad suite of investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective high‑net‑worth clients in the GCC and MENA markets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with UHNWI, HNWI and family offices.
• Present investment products, including conventional and alternative assets, tailored to client needs.
• Conduct market research and analyse investment trends to generate business opportunities.
• Prepare client presentations, reports and proposals.
• Organise and coordinate client events in Bahrain for UHNWI.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance service quality and product offerings.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience delivering investment solutions to HNWI/UHNWI clients.
• Strong sales and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products and portfolio management.
• Excellent analytical and market‑research skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication for client interaction and reporting.
