IT Support Officer – Enterprise & Smart Device Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Officer to provide end‑to‑end technical assistance across our enterprise environment and modern smart‑device ecosystem. Based in Manama, you will be the escalation point for complex issues and ensure seamless operation of both traditional IT infrastructure and connected devices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1‑3 support for hardware, software and network incidents.
• Configure, deploy and troubleshoot iOS and Android smartphones, tablets and personal computers.
• Install and maintain Smart TVs, media streaming boxes (Apple TV, Android TV) and smart home/office automation systems.
• Support and maintain ELV infrastructure, including IP CCTV cameras and access‑control systems.
• Manage LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi networks; perform L2/L3 troubleshooting on switches, routers and access points.
• Assist with Windows Server administration – Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory, documentation and coordinate with vendors for specialised repairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar support role, preferably in the investment or financial sector.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently.
