JLR Brand Manager – Automotive

About the role

Euro Motors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced JLR Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, along with a global vision and the ability to excel in a fast‑paced and competitive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement JLR brand strategies aligned with company vision.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure effective product positioning and pricing.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights for product development and marketing.
• Oversee creation and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with JLR corporate team, local dealerships and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Lead business planning, annual budgeting and performance reporting for Jaguar/Land Rover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
