Junior Accountant – Tally ERP Specialist

About the role
The Junior Accountant will support the finance team by handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional experienced in bookkeeping and proficient in Tally ERP, working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain invoices, payment records and other financial documentation.
- Record transactions accurately using Tally ERP.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and review account statements.
- Support preparation of financial reports and compliance documents.
- Collaborate with internal departments on accounts‑related queries.
- Ensure accounting records are up‑to‑date, organized and ready for audit.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of proven accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Tally ERP (mandatory).
- Microsoft Excel.
