Junior Estimator (Interior Fit‑out)

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Junior Estimator to support its interior fit‑out projects in Bahrain. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, accountants and operations teams to deliver accurate cost analyses and tender documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive contract enquiries, assess suitability and maintain related databases following QA procedures.
• Issue enquiries to the supply chain, select optimal suppliers or manufacturing locations, and negotiate best prices.
• Analyse supplier quotes, compare terms and conditions, and prepare tender analysis for internal review and client presentation.
• Install detailed cost data to enable contract review and monitor tender progress.
• Review specifications, drawings and bills of materials to identify risks and pricing opportunities.
• Participate in hand‑over meetings between estimating, operational and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience in metal fabrication estimation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time‑management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
