About the role
Patrol all areas of the property, assist guests with room access, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor closed‑circuit television, perimeter alarms, duress alarms and fire‑life safety systems.
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and lock property entrances when required.
- Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
- Defuse guest or employee disturbances and escort unwelcome persons.
- Complete incident reports, shift summaries and loss‑prevention documentation.
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence and interview relevant parties.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific license required.
Required skills
- CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
- First aid/CPR certification.
- Incident reporting and documentation.
- Investigation and evidence‑gathering techniques.
