Luxury Apartment Sales Executive

About the role

Grnata Group is looking for a high‑performing Luxury Apartment Sales Executive to join its elite sales team. You will manage a premium portfolio of luxury apartments and penthouses, providing bespoke investment advice to high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors across Bahrain and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process for luxury high‑rise apartments, from inquiry to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Grnata’s luxury inventory, including floor plans, amenities, investment yields and unique selling points.
• Develop and nurture a private network of HNWIs, investors and corporate clients in Bahrain and the GCC.
• Stay updated on luxury real‑estate trends and provide data‑driven insights on capital appreciation.
• Conduct high‑impact property tours that showcase lifestyle, views and exclusivity.
• Track all leads and interactions diligently using the company CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience selling luxury residential or off‑plan projects, preferably high‑rise developments.
• Demonstrated track record of high‑value transactions (portfolio or summary required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Polished professional image suitable for high‑profile client interactions.
