Nail Technician - Sales

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Nail Technician with a strong commercial drive to join MADI International in Bahrain. In this role you will blend your nail expertise with outdoor sales activities to expand our brand presence across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional product demonstrations for salons and convert demos into sales.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with salon owners and beauty professionals.
• Promote brand campaigns, focus products and seasonal offers.
• Provide technical support and education to clients on nail products.
• Expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Introduce new brands and drive overall brand growth.

Required profile

• Certified Nail Technician.
• Previous outdoor sales experience in the beauty industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for beauty and client engagement.
• 3‑7 years of relevant experience (preferred).
