Professional Accountant – Tally & Inventory Specialist

About the role
Sahar Auto Parts is seeking a Professional Accountant to join its Riffa office. The role focuses on managing daily accounting operations using Tally ERP while overseeing inventory records across the main branch and retail outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily transactions and maintain financial records in Tally ERP.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate cash flow reporting.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory stock records in coordination with warehouse teams.
- Support tax compliance, including VAT filings.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in automotive or retail.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Clear professional communication with management, suppliers and auditors.
