Project Executive – Beauty & Salon Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Executive to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. Working onsite, you will drive new business opportunities in the beauty and salon sector, support existing salons with renovations, and help convert project leads into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the beauty and salon market.
• Visit existing salons to assess renovation needs, propose improvements, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead client meetings, present project proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and achieve monthly collection targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Prepare sales and collection reports for management review.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record in project sales and business development, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
