Project Planner – Joinery & Furniture Manufacturing

About the role

The Planner will support the planning and scheduling of joinery and furniture manufacturing projects, ensuring that timelines are realistic and deadlines are met. Working closely with Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics and external clients, the role guarantees smooth project flow and material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating detailed project timelines, baseline schedules and dashboards for manufacturing projects.
• Identify critical‑path activities, dependencies and potential bottlenecks.
• Act as the main communication hub between Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Project Management and external parties.
• Support material engineers and procurement by tracking material requirements, lead times and delivery dates, escalating issues when needed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, track production status and help resolve coordination issues.
• Contribute to process improvements by proposing and supporting operational innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling or operations within manufacturing or construction/fit‑out.
• Experience with extensions of time, baseline schedules, Earned Value Management and regular reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
