RCM Facilitator – Reliability Centered Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Comsip Al' A'ali is seeking an experienced RCM Facilitator to lead reliability‑centered maintenance initiatives for critical instrumentation systems in the oil and gas sector. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to minimise downtime, improve asset performance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RCM workshops, guiding teams through failure mode identification, risk analysis and maintenance strategy selection.
• Collaborate with asset managers to develop asset hierarchies, criticality assessments and integrate RCM into the overall asset management framework.
• Analyse historical maintenance and operational data to uncover trends, risks and optimisation opportunities.
• Train and mentor maintenance engineers and other stakeholders on RCM principles, creating training materials and delivering workshops.
• Ensure all reliability initiatives align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance or reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of reliability‑centered maintenance, asset management and failure analysis techniques.
• Advanced certifications such as CMRP, CRL or ARP are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional workshops and drive continuous improvement.
