Regional Business Manager - Bahrain, Qatar & Oman

About the role

Switchitech is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead its Lower Gulf operations from Bahrain. The role combines strategic planning, channel partnership management, and hands‑on execution to drive brand growth across Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall business growth and operational success in the assigned markets.
• Manage and expand relationships with channel partners, top‑tier retailers and distributors.
• Develop and implement a roadmap for brand expansion and retail penetration.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and tailor business plans for key accounts.
• Identify high‑potential independent retail opportunities and build partnerships with small‑ and medium‑size retailers.
• Act as the local brand ambassador, collaborating on marketing campaigns, product launches and visibility strategies.
• Provide hands‑on support for retail activations, including sales‑team training and in‑store performance monitoring.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activity and consumer behavior.
• Use market intelligence to refine go‑to‑market strategies and overcome challenges.
• Perform regular market visits to ensure operational excellence across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional business management within the Middle East.
• Track record of growing retail or distribution networks.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Strong negotiation and deal‑closing capabilities.
• Hands‑on leadership style with willingness to travel across Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.
