Sales Executive – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our luxury fragrance boutique in Bahrain. You will be the face of the brand, delivering personalized fragrance consultations while driving sales and ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to all company policies, health & safety standards, dress code, and cash handling procedures.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and monitor KPIs such as conversion rate and average transaction value.
• Provide consultative fragrance recommendations, handle inquiries, complaints and build lasting customer relationships.
• Manage inventory: monitor stock levels, conduct regular checks, place reorders and maintain accurate records.
• Support loss‑prevention efforts by following security protocols and assisting with stock reconciliations.
• Assist with visual merchandising, POS operations, store opening/closing and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• 5–15 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance families, notes and product positioning.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build loyalty.
• Attention to detail and compliance with store policies and procedures.
