About the role
Swabbs W.L.L. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its team in Manama. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on promoting the company’s medical‑grade hygiene solutions to homes, workplaces and healthcare environments.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and analyse data to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales campaigns and achieve targets.
Required profile
- Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the hygiene or related industries is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM tools
