Sales Manager – Bahrain & Saudi Arabia

About the role

Fospe Technologies is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead software, AI and SaaS sales across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, expanding market presence and delivering digital transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
• Promote and sell software solutions, AI products, SaaS platforms and digital transformation services.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and clients.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Identify customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Represent the company at business events, exhibitions and networking meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software, SaaS or technology solutions sales.
• Strong customer relationship and account management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Valid driving licence (preferred) and willingness to travel frequently within Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
• Understanding of business processes and digital transformation solutions.
