SAP TRM Consultant – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP TRM Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on tax refund processing, disbursement, and integration of refunds within the payments domain, leveraging SAP TRM, PSCD, and FICA modules.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and apply SAP standard solutions where possible.
• Lead and support workshops, capture requirements, and align them with scope and deliverables.
• Identify gaps, propose additional scope, and communicate solutions confidently to clients.
• Configure GL accounts and financial accounting settings in SAP PSCD.
• Develop and maintain SAP form‑based processing for returns and tax purposes.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience with SAP TRM, PSCD, and FICA.
• Strong understanding of tax authority processes, refunds, credits, and disbursements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet project milestones.
• Team‑oriented mindset with leadership potential and willingness to mentor junior staff.
