Senior Associate – Accounting & Tax Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our finance team in Bahrain Bay. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality accounting and tax services to a diverse client base, ensuring compliance and providing insightful financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tax returns for clients across various industries.
• Create financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit engagements.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping in line with local regulations.
• Develop budgets and offer budgeting advice to clients.
• Store and manage financial data while safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Review work of junior team members and provide guidance.
• Handle accounting client relationships and prepare monthly MIS reports.
• Prepare VAT filings and analyse financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong written English proficiency.
• Highly creative, autonomous and able to work independently.
• Passion for software products and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
