Senior Associate – Advisory Consulting

About the role

We are a growing advisory consultancy located in Bahrain Bay, seeking a Senior Associate to support client engagements, strategic analysis, and business planning. The role is ideal for candidates with a solid grounding in economics, finance, or accounting who are eager to contribute to diverse industry projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business plans and conduct feasibility studies for client projects.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to shape strategic recommendations.
• Provide well‑reasoned advice on effective business strategies.
• Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives across engagements.
• Support client relationships and deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong written proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Creative, autonomous, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Genuine interest in business strategy and advisory work across diverse industries.
• At least two years of relevant experience (advantageous).
• Professional certifications such as CBA, CFA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus.
