Senior Associate – Digital Transformation (ERP)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to lead digital transformation initiatives focused on ERP solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom Odoo modules while also supporting Zoho applications to streamline business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules, workflows, and reports based on business requirements.
• Customize core Odoo functionalities such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing to meet specific client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, applying fixes or recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on Odoo development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo business applications (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing).
• Bahraini nationality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
