Senior Barista – Hospitality Operations

About the role

KAF Holding Group is seeking experienced Senior Baristas to join its hospitality operations in Budaiya, Bahrain. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high‑quality coffee and other beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and related equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Train and mentor junior barista staff to uphold service excellence.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to support smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Senior Barista.
• Strong hospitality and customer‑service orientation.
• Professional, positive attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
