Senior Functional Consultant – Oracle HRMS

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle HRMS solutions. The role involves bridging business requirements with technical delivery, ensuring seamless Oracle deployments and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze HR business requirements, identify gaps, and propose suitable Oracle solutions.
• Design and develop RICE components, payroll formulas, and EBS APIs.
• Configure and implement Oracle HRMS modules (versions 11.x/12.x) and Oracle Taleo Cloud.
• Conduct data migration, testing, and troubleshooting to minimize errors.
• Provide user training, support, and post‑implementation assistance.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum two full Oracle HRMS implementation cycles (v11.x/12.x).
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Taleo Cloud setup and configuration.
• Strong techno‑functional knowledge of Oracle HR applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
