Senior Product Manager – Monitoring & Research

About the role

Lucidya is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Monitoring & Research domain of its AI‑native CX intelligence platform. You will shape how thousands of users discover, trust, and act on insights derived from millions of customer conversations across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Monitoring & Research, covering Social Listening, Managed Channels Analytics, and Voice of Customer.
• Translate customer signals into actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the product delivers trustworthy insights and clear recommendations.
• Continuously gather user feedback to refine product features and prioritize development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product manager, preferably in AI‑powered or customer intelligence products.
• Strong understanding of how organizations use social listening, analytics, and Voice of Customer data.
• Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while balancing user needs and business goals.
• Senior‑level experience with a track record of delivering impactful product outcomes.
