Senior Retail Sales Executive - Automotive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Retail Sales Executive – Automotive to lead our showroom team in Bahrain. This full‑time role focuses on driving new and pre‑owned vehicle sales while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract finalisation.
• Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets for new and pre‑owned cars.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle features, financing options and market trends.
• Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and supporting their development.
• Maintain a professional showroom environment that reflects brand standards.
• Conduct complex negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Ensure all sales documentation and administrative tasks are completed promptly and accurately.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in automotive retail, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive products, technology and the Bahrain market.
• Natural leadership qualities with a talent for motivating and mentoring team members.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Customer‑centric mindset and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Valid Bahraini driving licence.
