Senior Specialist – Corporate Planning & Governance

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Corporate Planning & Governance will support the Group Business Planning Cycle and the Corporate Planning Governance Framework at Bapco Energies. The role is focused on operational execution, coordinating planning activities and ensuring compliance with established processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the investment submission process by preparing documentation, validating compliance and coordinating stage‑gate reviews with stakeholders.
• Provide end‑to‑end project services for proponents and stakeholders, supporting planning, coordination and delivery within the governance framework.
• Consolidate business‑planning data, verify completeness and ensure adherence to governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals and amendments for investments and projects.
• Help prepare the Group Business Plan document and related deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate planning, governance or compliance support.
• Strong understanding of planning cycles, approval workflows and governance principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
