Service Advisor – Automotive

About the role

First Motors is seeking a highly motivated and customer‑focused Service Advisor – Automotive to join the team in Sitrah, Bahrain. This full‑time position offers the chance to work with a leading automotive group and provide exceptional service to vehicle owners.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their automotive needs and advise on required repairs or maintenance.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates, documenting customer requests and vehicle details.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to schedule and monitor repairs.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress and handle queries or complaints professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle specifications, service requirements and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technology qualifications are a plus.
