Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead on‑site execution of construction projects, coordinating vendors, subcontractors and labour to meet defined deadlines. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will ensure progress is documented and communicated effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set‑out interior finishes.
• Develop and maintain work programmes using MS Project.
• Prepare daily site reports with progress photos and submit to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate and supervise workers and charge hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate with multiple trades (MEP, mall, landlord, tenant) and monitor safety and first‑aid compliance.
• Report any discrepancies, emergencies or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with factory teams for joinery manufacturing and delivery.
• Attend client meetings with the Project Manager and record action items.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all site labour.
• Work extended hours, weekends or night shifts when required.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong action orientation, teamwork and detail focus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and provide excellent customer service.
