Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate all on‑site activities for our construction projects. The role involves managing vendors, subcontractors and labour teams, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set‑out interior finishes.
• Prepare work programmes and schedules, preferably using MS Project.
• Produce daily site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, allocate and supervise workers and charge‑hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate with multiple trades (MEP, mall, landlord, tenant) and monitor safety and first‑aid compliance.
• Report any discrepancies, emergencies or accidents to the Project Manager immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and record actions.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all site personnel.
• Work extended hours, weekends or night shifts when required.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in site supervision or similar construction roles.
• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on safety and quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word.
• Experience with MS Project for scheduling.
