About the role
A leading restaurant group serving Modern Arabic Cuisine in Bahrain is hiring a Sous Chef to join its hospitality team. The successful candidate will support kitchen operations and help maintain the high food quality and service standards that the brand is known for. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and to develop culinary skills within a modern Arabic cuisine concept.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and plating, to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain food quality and service standards by monitoring ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation in line with the restaurant’s modern Arabic cuisine style.
Required profile
- Relevant professional kitchen experience.
- Ability to support daily kitchen operations.
- Strong understanding of food preparation and quality standards.
- Willingness to work in Bahrain.
- Ability to work effectively within a restaurant kitchen team.
