Spa Therapist – Luxury Hotel (Female)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist (female) to join the award‑winning Rimal Spa at Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain. You will deliver a range of massage, beauty and wellness treatments to our international guests, ensuring a memorable and relaxing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform various massages, beauty treatments and wellness therapies.
• Maintain detailed records of each guest’s treatments.
• Communicate with guests during sessions to adjust techniques as needed.
• Uphold all Spa standards and hygiene protocols.
• Promote and sell customized Spa programs and retail products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and support retail sales.
• Assess guest needs and check for contraindications before each service.
• Stay current with new techniques and modalities.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and arrange workstations.

Required profile

• Previous experience working as a Spa Therapist.
• Fast learner on new machines and equipment.
• Sound knowledge of spa treatments and related procedures.
