Sponsorship Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sponsorship Manager to lead the creation, negotiation, and execution of strategic sponsorship programs across sports, entertainment, media, cultural, and community initiatives. This remote, full‑time position will drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and revenue growth through innovative partnership solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sponsorship strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and commercial objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize sponsorship opportunities across diverse sectors.
• Build and nurture relationships with rights holders, event organizers, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Create commercial proposals, partnership models, and activation plans.
• Lead negotiations covering rights, fees, deliverables, exclusivity, branding, and media exposure.
• Manage contracts, timelines, budgets, and renewal processes.
• Design and execute activation campaigns across digital, physical, social, and experiential channels.
• Coordinate with marketing, communications, sales, legal, finance, creative, and PR teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct post‑campaign analysis, and recommend optimizations.
• Identify cross‑selling, co‑marketing, and commercial growth opportunities.
• Oversee sponsorship‑related events, hospitality programs, and VIP experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sponsorship management, partnership development, or related fields.
• Strong background in experiential, sports, event, or brand marketing.
• Ability to manage complex commercial relationships and multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Mid‑level to senior‑level professional with a track record of delivering measurable ROI.
