About the role

Nexa Hire is seeking a part‑time, remote Talent Acquisition Partner to own end‑to‑end recruiting for a variety of positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from intake to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and talent pipelines.
• Advise hiring teams on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and workforce planning.
• Support employer branding by crafting job postings and recruitment marketing content.
• Coordinate offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
