Valuations & Business Modeling Director – Energy Sector

About the role

EY Parthenon is seeking a senior leader to drive valuations and business modelling for its energy clients across the MENA region. You will work with large oil and gas organisations, delivering high‑quality valuation and modelling projects while supporting the firm’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute valuations and financial modelling assignments for oil and gas clients, covering M&A, purchase price allocations and fair value reporting.
• Prepare and present valuation reports, presentations and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Drive business development initiatives, identify opportunities and position EY Parthenon solutions.
• Mentor junior staff, provide feedback and contribute to formal learning programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of valuation experience with energy/oil‑gas clients, including significant time at a Big 4 firm.
• Proven track record managing complex valuation projects for M&A and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Progress towards a professional qualification such as CFA or CA.
