Vice President of Growth

About the role

ProcureAI.Biz is seeking a Vice President of Growth to lead revenue expansion and market presence from its headquarters in Manama. This senior, full‑time position will shape and execute growth strategies across sales, marketing and business development, working closely with product and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive go‑to‑market strategies, set targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor and scale cross‑functional growth teams in sales, marketing and business development.
• Optimize pipelines, demand‑generation campaigns and sales processes to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with product and operations to refine value propositions and ensure consistent messaging.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback and competitive data to uncover new opportunities.
• Support strategic partnerships and oversee the alignment of growth initiatives with overall company goals.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales and business development with measurable revenue growth.
• Strong leadership experience building and scaling cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute long‑term strategic plans.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, procurement, supply‑chain or enterprise software environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
