The ideal candidate should have experience in warranty administration and possess a professional attitude.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Process and manage all vehicle warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner</p></li><li><p>Review and approve warranty claims based on the manufacturer's guidelines</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty records</p></li><li><p>Communicate with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims and resolutions</p></li><li><p>Monitor warranty expenses and report on any discrepancies or trends</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper warranty procedures are followed</p></li><li><p>Train and educate staff on warranty policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Resolve any conflicts or issues related to warranty claims</p></li><li><p>Keep up-to-date with the latest warranty trends and regulations</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with warranty procedures and regulations</p></li><li><p>Prepare reports and presentations on warranty performance and improvements</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 5 years of experience in warranty administration in the automotive industry</p></li><li><p>Excellent knowledge of vehicle warranty policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and time-management skills</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and standards</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus</p></li></ul>
