Warranty Administrator – Automotive

About the role

Zayani Motors, a leading company in Bahrain, is looking for a Warranty Administrator – Automotive to manage vehicle warranty claims, ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and support the service department.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage all vehicle warranty claims promptly.
• Review, approve, and communicate warranty claims based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date warranty records and monitor expenses.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure proper warranty procedures.
• Train staff on warranty policies and resolve claim‑related conflicts.
• Conduct regular audits and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of warranty administration experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle warranty policies and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
