Aftersales Manager – Service & Parts

About the role

Euro Motors, a leading luxury automotive dealer in Bahrain, is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead its Service and Parts departments in Sitrah. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on management to drive profitability, operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction across a portfolio that includes BMW, MINI, Land Rover, Rolls‑Royce, Ferrari and Maserati.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service and parts divisions, ensuring targets for revenue, cost control and quality are met.
• Develop and execute profitability strategies, monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and guarantee the highest level of service standards.
• Recruit, train and mentor a high‑performing aftersales team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Manage parts inventory, ordering, logistics and stock levels to optimise availability.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or senior aftersales role, preferably in the luxury automotive sector.
• Strong leadership, team‑building and communication abilities.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting, financial control and P&L responsibility.
• In‑depth knowledge of vehicle service, repair and parts management.
• Organisational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and related software.
